Made from top quality materials it has been waterproofed with three coats of Bondex, one of Macassar Mate and two of Macassar Satinado and sanded with a fine wet and dry sandpaper between each coat. The roof was then waterproofed by using fibreglass and rubber paint.Natura Design pergola  Carpentry by Natura Design  Carpentry by Natura Design

Lanzarote builders Playa Blanca Update

Today we are pouring the final concrete for the completion of the basement walls for the second villa. We will also pour all the supporting columns for the first storey. The technical control and quality control technicians visited the site this morning and gave us the ok to pour the concrete.

We have started to backfill the supporting walls. These were first damp-proofed with pitch paint and a special plastic membrane to keep out the water.
