This is a semi shaded Pergola which when completed will have three sliding aluminium louvered sections to supply shade when required.
Made from top quality materials it has been waterproofed with three coats of Bondex, one of Macassar Mate and two of Macassar Satinado and sanded with a fine wet and dry sandpaper between each coat. The roof was then waterproofed by using fibreglass and rubber paint.

Today we are pouring the final concrete for the completion of the basement walls for the second villa. We will also pour all the supporting columns for the first storey. The technical control and quality control technicians visited the site this morning and gave us the ok to pour the concrete.
We have started to backfill the supporting walls. These were first damp-proofed with pitch paint and a special plastic membrane to keep out the water.
The majority of work is now completed on both of these basements. All the shuttering and cardboard columns have been removed and the concrete floor had been laid. We are now preparing the ramp down to the underground car park.
I am pleased with our progress so far, everything has gone smoothly and we are on schedule.
